FFconstructions is a company, activated in the field of private work constructions, implementing all the knowledge and experience gained in the last 15 years of project participation in and out of Greece.
Taking full advantage of its founder’s long experience in the construction of luxury residencies and in the engineering, development and project management of private building constructions, the Company is able to deliver all its projects with a high sense of responsibility, emphasizing on every single detail.

Having developed a network of valuable and experienced scientists-partners and technicians who cover all the phases of a project and utilizing all state-of-the-art methods and top quality materials, the Company delivers all its projects ensuring the highest standard of construction.
Ever since its day one, through the engineering – supervision and construction of 50-2500m2 residencies, the goal of the Company has been to evolve the quality of its projects, so as to respectfully and responsibly meet the demands of its clients in and out of Greece.
Design
Networking with a group of well experienced partners, including architects and interior designers, the Company may turn each demand and vision of its clients into an exceptional architectural result, always ensuring the highest level of quality and constructive accuracy.
From beginning to end, each project is fully harmonized with the aesthetics of each client, designed to cover their needs. Each proposal is presented through analytic architectural designs, 3D imaging and virtual animation, so that the project be depicted accurately and in full detail.
Construction
The Company founder’s great experience in the construction of luxury residencies and office facilities, always in cooperation with well-experienced and specialized crews with high skills as to polishing and final touches, and the use of top quality materials required for each construction, are our assets for delivering projects of exquisite aesthetic and quality standards.
The presence of a civil engineer from the beginning to the delivery of a project is a fundamental principle for the management and the construction of our projects, being the cornerstone for an optimum result in terms of aesthetics, quality and the proper application of architectural engineering.
Real Estate Development
With a rich experience in the construction and management of residence facilities through FFconstructions, the Company undertakes to find plots and buildings, which, upon compiling the required feasibility and architectural surveys, are used either to the benefit of its clients-investors or to its own benefit.
Having established a well-organized network of partners in Greece, Cyprus and London, we are able to seek for the proper investment opportunity that meets the budget of each investor, ensure at least a 15% return and invest a part of our clients’ capital in a sound and safe business field.
Project management
Our long-term involvement with the design, construction and financial monitoring of luxury residencies is the pillar for the proper application of project management, at all our clients who seek that kind of services.
Energy Saving
Being constantly updated as to the applicable European Regulations and the national legislation on the modern principles that should govern the energy efficiency of buildings, in cooperation with architects and mechanical engineers specialized in the area of bio-climatic design, we are able to offer the best possible energy-saving solutions in numerous types of building constructions.
Photovoltaic Parks
During the last decade, photovoltaic parks have been increasingly developing in our country, given the solar capacity of Greece. Save for financial benefits to investors, the construction of such parks results to a huge environmental relief, as it is a purely renewable form of energy with no aggravating consequences to the environment.
